Madde 2 – Sözleşmenin Konusu / Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

Bu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı’nın www.assosapart.com üzerinden veya telefon/e-posta yoluyla kiraladığı apart daireye ilişkin hizmetin sunulmasıdır.

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the apartment rental service booked by the Buyer via www.assosapart.com or through phone/email.

Madde 3 – Hizmetin Özellikleri / Article 3 – Service Details

• Kiralanan apart / Rented apartment: Assos Apart bünyesinde [daire tipi/boyutu] / within Assos Apart [apartment type/size]

• Konaklama adresi / Accommodation address: Belek, Cumhuriyet Cd. No: 61, Serik/Antalya

Madde 4 – Ödeme ve Rezervasyon Koşulları / Article 4 – Payment and Reservation Terms

1. Alıcı, hizmet bedelini kredi kartı, havale veya EFT ile öder.
   The Buyer shall pay the service fee via credit card, bank transfer, or EFT.

2. Rezervasyonun kesinleşmesi için toplam bedelin %[●]’si kaparo olarak ödenir.
   To confirm the reservation, [%●] of the total amount must be paid as a deposit.

3. Kalan tutar giriş günü ödenir.
   The remaining balance shall be paid on the check-in date.

Madde 5 – Cayma ve İptal Hakkı / Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

1. Alıcı, sözleşme tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkına sahiptir.
   The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of the agreement.

2. Ancak 14 gün içinde başlayan konaklama hizmetlerinde cayma hakkı geçerli değildir.
   However, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for accommodation services that begin within 14 days.

3. İptal koşulları / Cancellation policy:

   • Giriş tarihinden 30 gün öncesine kadar iptallerde ödeme iade edilir.
     Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in are fully refunded.

   • 30–7 gün arası iptallerde kaparo iade edilmez.
     Cancellations between 30–7 days before check-in: deposit is non-refundable.

   • 7 gün ve sonrası iptallerde toplam ücret tahsil edilir.
     Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: full amount is charged.

Madde 6 – Tarafların Hak ve Yükümlülükleri / Article 6 – Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• Satıcı, rezervasyonu onaylanan apartı belirtilen tarihler arasında tahsis etmekle yükümlüdür.
  The Seller is obliged to provide the reserved apartment on the confirmed dates.

• Alıcı, apartı sadece konaklama amacıyla kullanmayı kabul eder.
  The Buyer agrees to use the apartment solely for accommodation purposes.

• Aparta verilen zararlardan Alıcı sorumludur.
  The Buyer is responsible for any damages caused to the apartment.

Madde 7 – Mücbir Sebepler / Article 7 – Force Majeure

Doğal afet, salgın, savaş, terör, resmi engeller gibi mücbir sebepler durumunda taraflar sorumlu tutulmaz.
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or legal restrictions, neither party shall be held liable.

Madde 8 – Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü / Article 8 – Dispute Resolution

Uyuşmazlık halinde Antalya Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
In case of disputes, Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

Madde 9 – Yürürlük / Article 9 – Enforcement

Alıcı, sözleşmeyi okuyup onayladığında yürürlüğe girer.
This agreement becomes valid once the Buyer reads and confirms it.
