2.2 Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

4.3 The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the booking confirmation.
5.1 Check-in and check-out times will be provided in your booking confirmation.
5.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
6.1 The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
6.2 Guests are responsible for their own safety and must comply with property rules.
6.3 The Company is not liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
