RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

CAPACITY

MAINTENANCE and EXTRA EXPENSES

PET / SMOKING
Unless otherwise stated, pets are strictly not allowed in rental properties and smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
PRICES
Rental prices stated on our website are daily, weekly and monthly. Deposit can be made to our bank accounts by money order, EFT, mail order, credit card payment system.
RESERVATION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION TERMS, REFUND TERMS
With the reservation, eft, money order, credit card, mail order etc. The prepayment amount of the rental fee paid to our business in this way is NOT REFUNDABLE in any way in the cancellations made. 2) If the customer has paid the entire rental price in advance, 30% (thirty percent) of the paid price will not be refunded in the cancellations made until 30 days before the visit from the moment of payment. The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be returned to the account number you will inform within 15 working days. Banking and transfer expenses will also be covered from this money.
3) Reservation cancellation takes place 15 days or less before the date of entry to the rented property; If no check-in is made, the total rental fee paid will not be refunded to the customer, even if there is no accommodation.
4) If the customer does not make the remaining payment on the predetermined date, Rental reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee regardless of the rate and amount, and to receive another reservation for the said property. 5) Costs such as material damage and commission fee to be incurred by the Republic of Turkey, banks, etc. financial institutions that will arise due to the refund transactions of payments made by credit card are covered from the amount to be returned to the customer.
6) If the customer needs to leave before the entire rental period is completed, even for force majeure, before the contract expires, any price you paid for rent from here will not be refunded.
7) If your reservation is canceled for any reason, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If the reason for the cancellation of the reservation is due to the rent from here and / or the owner and other than force majeure, the money received will be returned to the customer if a suitable option cannot be found in the portfolio of rent from here.
8) Since our region has a rural area and a hot climate, there may be pests and various pests. Before the customer’s visit, our immovable properties are sprayed, and encountering an adverse event does not give the customer the right to refund the fee.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of arrival, and in the control to be made before the customer leaves, there will be no damage, missing, etc. in the fixtures of the property that was delivered intact. In case the customer wants to leave earlier than specified in the contract or the exit control cannot be made due to compulsory reasons, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the customer. If the damage to the rented property exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.
SWIMMING POOLS

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS

Complaints
Customers will immediately report their complaints during their stay in the rented properties here.
