Our property offers two different cancellation policies:
1. Refundable Reservation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the prepayment.
2. Non-Refundable Reservation
In case of cancellation or refund request at any time, 100% of the prepayment will be charged.
No refunds or changes are allowed for non-refundable reservations.
